You can cancel your order and receive a refund if the cancellation request is made before receiving the order. However, the customer will bear the shipping fees.
Refunds are processed within a maximum period of 10 business days from the customer's refund request, provided the order meets the return policy criteria.
If a refund is issued due to a cancellation request before the order is delivered, the shipping fees and transfer charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If the product is received in a damaged condition due to manufacturing defects, the customer is entitled to compensation with new products, which will be shipped free of charge.
Once the order has been delivered to and received by the customer, returns are not allowed under any circumstances to ensure public health and safety.
